Return Policy

It is the policy of Modern Day Shield Maiden that all products be inspected upon receipt. If damaged products are received, please contact me immediately to report damage.

If you are unhappy with your order, please refer to the following conditions:

• Products must be returned within 30 days and must be received in original condition.

• Products damaged in transit due to poor packaging and handling will be subject to partial or no credit.

• Shipping costs are not refunded.

• Returns will not be accepted after 30 days.

• Custom products cannot be returned.

• Packages refused upon delivery may be subject to a fee in the amount that I am charged by the carrier when the package is refused.

• For returns, please use a tracked service as I am not able to provide a refund unless items are returned in good condition.

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to file a claim with their shipping company for any returned items that are lost or damaged in transit.
