Leather is a natural material and as such, it may have its own unique markings. These are known as range marks and can include brands, cuts, scrapes, and bug bites among many others. These marks enhance the uniqueness of any leather item, making it truly one of a kind. Additionally, due to the handmade nature of these products, they may have small cosmetic imperfections that should in no way affect the integrity of the item.

Image colors may differ slightly from the product you receive depending on monitor or screen settings. 

Items usually ship within 1-3 days from date of order and will ship USPS Priority mail unless otherwise unavailable or requested. Ship time may vary and there may be intermittent delays due to lingering conditions brought about by the pandemic.

If you need to return an item for any reason, please use a tracked service as I am not able to provide a refund unless items are returned in good condition. It is the buyer’s responsibility to file a claim with their shipping company for any returned items that are lost or damaged in transit. Custom made items cannot be returned.
